Hourly Rate: $100 (minimum of 2 hours - rate also
reflects charge for processing work time.)
 
Additional: Travel charges apply over 100 miles
from Beverly, MA.
 
Prints:
Will be available on this site and normal print prices will apply.
 
 
Real Estate Shoots:
  • Homes under 1500 sq ft: $350 (10 shot max.)
  • Homes 1500 sq ft to 2500 sq ft: $400 (15 shot
  • max.)
  • Homes 2500 sq ft to 4000 sq ft: $500 (25 shot
  • max.)
  • Homes above 4000 sq ft: Please inquire.
 
All real estate shoots include DVD of web ready
and 300 dpi photos. Public usage must contain
accreditation (B.G. Lewandowski) and copyright.
 
Architectural (including Landscape/Exteriors)Shoots:
  • For up to 15 photos: $400
  • For 15 – 25 photos: $500
  • Above 25 photos: Custom Pricing. Please inquire.
